VENUE DETAILS

You will be provided with details of the venue 24 hours before the Retreat. We will arrange for you to be collected from the airport and taken to the venue. There will be a small charge for this service.

 

DATES

• START: 11 am Tuesday 28th November 2023

• FINISH: 11 am Friday 8th December 2023

 

KEY INFORMATION

• All meals included

• Accommodation during the training included

• Water provided during the training

• Towels and bedding provided

• Washing machine available at the venue

• Wear layers as temperature varies

 

WHAT TO BRING

• White clothes for the ceremonies

• Comfortable clothes

• Footwear for walking outside

• Warm jacket for walking outside

 

ARRIVING BY PLANE

The nearest airport is Amsterdam Airport.

We will arrange for a taxi to collect you and take you to the venue for a small charge

Even if you arrive before the 28th November, the taxi will be meeting everyone at the airport on the morning of the 28th November to take you to the venue. The exact meeting point will be confirmed nearer the time.

 

ARRIVING BY CAR

The location is approximately 1 hour from Amsterdam Airport.

Please let us know if you are planning on arriving by car.

 

SUGGESTED PREPARATION

1. Drink three to 4 litres of water every day

2. No Sugar or processed foods

3. Meditate daily. Join our library and listen once a day. Double up on your meditation and start plugging into the Light Language inside Infinity.

4. Exercise

5. No Alcohol

6. No cigarettes or vapes

7. No recreational drugs

8. Honour all of your emotions

9. Stay away from coffee

10. Cut out everything white from your diet (e.g. bread, pasta, rice)

11. Take 15 – 20 minutes each day to communicate with your body. Ask it how it is feeling and truly listen

12. Don’t watch any movies. No TV, radio, or low-vibe music
