My body can now maintain a much higher frequency. I’m getting better every day because of fasting and exercise. I had broken my femur bone several years ago and was not able to walk for two years. So\, I’ve made a total turn-around! The cold showers helped me heal my body and now I can even go on hikes. I’m extremely grateful for Fearless Focus and the Tribe.
